Rising Music Festival is BACK!

Returning for 2026, Rising Music Festival is set to take over The Phoenix Theatre & Arts Centre for an unforgettable weekend packed with live music, creativity, and emerging talent — and this year, it’s coming back bigger, louder, and more exciting than ever before.

Taking place across Saturday 1st August and Sunday 2nd August 2026, Rising is all about showcasing the next generation of artists and giving audiences the chance to discover their next favourite act before they hit the bigger stages.

With 6 stages spread across the venue, the festival will feature:

• 🎤 Live bands
• 🎧 DJs & producers
• 🎸 Acoustic artists
• 🎭 Comedy
• ✨ Magicians
• 🗣 Spoken word
• …and SO much more.

But Rising isn’t just another music festival. It’s a space built for creativity, community, and connection — where every performance feels personal and every crowd feels part of something special.

Whether you’re into indie, alternative, hip hop, electronic, pop, rock, or sounds that defy genres completely, Rising is designed to celebrate originality and fresh voices from across the music scene.

Alongside the performances, festivalgoers can also expect a full weekend of activities, plus great food and drink, creating a vibrant atmosphere for all ages to enjoy.

We’re looking for passionate emerging artists who want to showcase their music, connect with new audiences, and be part of a supportive and forward-thinking creative community.
