Rising Music Festival: Free Warm-up Gig!

Get ready for Rising Music Festival with an afternoon of incredible live music at our FREE warm-up gig! 🎶

Join us as we celebrate the incredible talent coming out of our local music scene, with a packed afternoon of live performances from some of the most exciting emerging artists around.

From singer-songwriters and indie sounds to original music, DJs and festival favourites, this is the perfect way to kick off the Rising weekend.

Line Up

1.00pm – Amy Wheeler
Local musician Amy Wheeler brings her unique vocals and energy to the stage. Amy fronts both White Noise Machine, an original melodic rock band, and Blue Tangerine, a function rock and pop band. Performing solo, Amy’s set features a mix of popular current songs, heartfelt ballads and maybe even a surprise guitar moment or two.

1.45pm – A Bad Artist
A singer-songwriter-producer who has found confidence (or possibly a little creative chaos!) through making music. With influences shaped by everything from cheerleading to gospel singing, A Bad Artist brings experimentation, energy and a fearless approach to every performance. Expect something different, memorable and full of personality.

2.30pm – Cutting Ties
Indie rock covers featuring influences from artists such as Panchiko and Slowdive, alongside their own original material. 

3.15pm – Jenny’s House Band
Jenny's House Band are the greatest alternative rock group on the Hants/Surrey border. With a wide range of influences including; Doves, The Replacements, Gomez and Manic Street Preachers, The House Band's lyrically-informed brand of non-conforming rock is there for the young Jennys of today.

4.00pm – TinPanBoy
A firm favourite on the Rising stage, drum n bass DJ Tinpanboy brings his own unique sound and performance style to the festival warm-up.

4.30pm – 3THAN
DJ producer and singer-songwriter 3THAN closes out the afternoon with his blend of electronic sounds and songwriting. Starting his journey creating music in his bedroom with influences including Marshmello and Avicii, 3THAN has grown into one of the faces of Rising. After getting his breakthrough through Rising 2025, he’s been building momentum with new releases including Memories.
