Phoenix Cinema Event: Summer Holiday

Pack your case, put on your shorts and sunglasses, and take a ride with us to our next cinema event featuring Cliff Richard and The Shadows in the iconic 1963 film Summer Holiday.

The classic musical sees four London bus mechanics, one being Don (Cliff Richard), strike up a deal with London Transport, that they do up a double-decker London bus and drive it around Europe as a hotel. If they manage to make it they will own and manage a whole fleet!

During their journey they pick up three ladies, whose cars have broken down, and they offer to take them to their next singing stop in Athens. They also manage to pick up an American stowaway. Meanwhile, Barbra (Lauri Peters) an American female singer has gone missing, and her mother really wants to find her!

Tickets are £12.50, and this includes a Greek style buffet, and Roaring Greek Tiger cocktail or a bottle of Greek beer.
