Come and be a part of our weekly Dance To Fitness class which is a feel good, fun and accessible for all. Incorporating an array of dance genres into a workout, featuring easy-to-follow routines set to fantastic great music!
If you have no prior dance experience, there is no need to worry as it isn’t required for the class!
