How accessible are your venues?
All our venues are fully accessible, with our Box Office being situated on the ground floor.
If you require accessible seating, i.e. a wheelchair space, please contact the box office on 01420 472664 or info@phoenixarts.co.uk
before booking. We have three rows of seating in the auditorium that can be used for accessible seating.
Access to a hearing induction loop is also available.
Is there car parking at your venues?
The Phoenix Theatre and the Pavilion @ BOSC have ample on-site free parking. The Cube and The Town Park are all serviced by the on-site car-parking for The Shed and the leisure centre. At the time of writing, the car park offers 2 hours of free parking with paid parking in place after that. Be sure to pay on exit when you leave the car park.
What are concessions?
Tickets for selected shows are available at a concessionary rate. Concessions are available for those under 18, full-time students, registered disabled, unemployed and senior citizens (over 65).
Are there food and drink facilities at your venues?
The Phoenix Theatre has a fully licensed bar which opens 50 minutes before every performance. The bar serves beer, wine, cider, soft drinks and snacks. We also offer ice cream! The Cube and the Town Park are serviced by The Shed, which has several places to eat and drink. The Pavilion @ BOSC has a fully licensed bar and restaurant.
Can I purchase a Phoenix Arts membership?

What is Rob's Theatre Club?
Rob’s Theatre Club is our FREE membership tier. Members receive exclusive discounts on selected shows, a complimentary glass of wine and opportunities to meet the cast and company. So look out for the “Rob’s Theatre Club” sign!
How can I book tickets?
Tickets can be booked by telephone on 01420 472664, in person or online via this website. Tickets cannot be reserved and must not be resold. A £1.00 transaction fee will be charged for cash, credit & debit card payments.
Do you offer Wi-Fi?
Free Wi-Fi is available at the Phoenix Theatre.
