The Cube's Comedy Club @ The Shed

‘May’ we have more comedy gold at the Cube Comedy Club? Yes, you ‘May’...
May's delights are Dinesh Nathan and Steve Day and the show is compered by one of our all-time faves, Mr Matt Price!

Please note: line-up is subject to change

Steve Day
Steve Day describes himself as Britain’s only deaf comedian - if there are any others, he hasn't heard. Actually, there are a couple of others who have started since he wrote that joke, but it's only a joke after all...
For the past eleven years Steve has been performing to huge laughter around the country and abroad (well, they tell him the laughter was huge to humour him, he doesn't know either way). Steve Day is a truly unique comedian - warm, witty and engaging while dealing with the dilemmas of being a deaf man in a hearing world. Steve went on his first national tour back in 2006, and has since been performing across the world to critical acclaim.

'Revelatory and very funny' - The Guardian

'Wonderful" - Bath Chronicle

'Warm, funny, frank and thought-provoking' - The Scotsman

Matt Price
Matt Price is a big friendly guy from Cornwall. He likes to tell stories, jokes and interact with a crowd in a way that makes everyone in the room feel good. Matt has performed in 30 countries, including Turkey, Cambodia, Australia and Russia. His stories are from the wilder side of life but surprisingly easy to relate to. Matt also hosted the Conversations with Criminals podcast, where he interviewed retired criminals and asked them about their lives. It was described in Crime monthly magazine as a “podcast sensation”.

Described as a ‘mix of high-spirited delivery with a sarcastic self-deprecating viewpoint’, he is a bulletproof and relentless act has been named as ‘one to watch’.
