“The wind? I am the wind. The sea and the moon? I am the sea and the moon…I dance what I am.” Isadora Duncan
2017 marks the 90th anniversary of the tragic death of the ‘Mother of Modern Dance’, Isadora Duncan - an inspirational, passionate and controversial, revolutionary who opened the door to a new world of dance.
As she comes off stage after her final performance, this new semi-staged drama including re-imagined excerpts of her dances, explores her thoughts on dance as the expression of life.
Written, performed and choreographed by Elizabeth Blake.
