Want to get more active, feel healthier and have fun at the same time? Dancing can help!
A gentle, low impact class using different dance styles to strengthen the body, improve balance, co-ordination and flexibility and promote a sense of happiness and well being. Suitable for mature people, those who may have some health or mobility restrictions (can be chair based), or anyone who wants to feel healthier and happier by moving to inspiring music!
Tea, coffee and biscuits served afterwards, and everyone is welcome to stay for a drink and a chat.
